Privacy Policy

This policy explains what VoiceROI, Inc. ("VoiceROI", "we") collects when you use voiceroi.com, demo.voiceroi.com and the demo phone line (305) 859-0047, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Last updated September 25, 2026.

A lawyer has not reviewed this policy yet. It applies as written until a reviewed version replaces it. Questions: [email protected].

1. What we collect

  • What you give us: your name, mobile number and email; the consent and terms you agreed to and when; your ROI calculator inputs and any report you ask for; messages you send us.
  • Demo calls: caller ID, call recordings, transcripts, what the AI agent said, and call details such as time, length, outcome and the scenario you tried.
  • Automatically: IP address, browser and device type, the page that sent you, pages you view, and rough location based on your IP. See section 5 for cookies.
  • If you sign in with a VoiceROI account: the name and email on that account.

2. How we use it

  • To run the demo, for example to know you by caller ID and greet you by name.
  • To call, text and email you, only as section 3 allows.
  • To review recordings and transcripts so we can test, secure and improve the product.
  • To measure our ads, as section 5 explains.
  • To stop abuse, enforce our terms and follow the law.

We do not use demo call recordings to train other companies' AI models.

3. Calls, texts and email: no consent, no call

  • We call or text you only if you said yes to calls or texts from us. That includes calls that use an AI voice or automated technology.
  • Being on our email list is not consent to call or text you. If you only gave us your email, we will only email you.
  • Each yes covers only what it says. A yes to email covers email. A yes to calls covers calls. A yes to texts covers texts.
  • We keep a record of each yes: the words you agreed to, when, on which page, and your IP address and browser.
  • You never have to say yes to buy anything from us.
  • You can take back your yes at any time, in any reasonable way: reply STOP to a text, tell us on a call, click unsubscribe in an email, or email [email protected]. We stop as soon as we can and always within 10 business days.

4. Who we share it with

  • Companies that work for us under contract: phone and text (for example Telnyx), AI voice and language (for example ElevenLabs or OpenAI), hosting and database (Vercel, Supabase), email, scheduling and analytics.
  • Ad platforms such as Meta and Google, only as section 5 explains.
  • Advisers and authorities when the law requires it or to protect people and rights.
  • A buyer, if VoiceROI is sold or merged. We will tell you first.

Mobile information collected for text consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for late or undelivered messages.

5. Cookies and ads

We use cookies that the site needs to work, such as sign in and security, plus privacy friendly analytics.

We advertise on Facebook, Instagram and Google. On our public pages we may use their ad tags (Meta Pixel and Google Ads) to see which ads work and to show our ads to people who visited us. These tags can set cookies and send the ad platform your IP address, browser details, the pages you view and, when you fill in a form, a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email or phone.

We never put ad tags on sign in pages, account pages, or pages that show call recordings or transcripts. We never send recordings, transcripts, or anything about patients or health to ad platforms.

To opt out, see section 8, turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, or change your ad settings with Meta and Google. Your browser settings also control cookies.

6. How long we keep it

Demo leads: up to 24 months after you last used the demo, or until you ask us to delete them. Call recordings and transcripts: up to 12 months, then deleted or made anonymous. Consent records: as long as we need them to prove consent under the TCPA and similar laws. Server logs: up to 90 days.

7. Your choices and rights

Stop texts by replying STOP. Stop emails by clicking unsubscribe or emailing us. Stop calls by telling us on the call or emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may also ask to see, correct, delete or get a copy of your data, limit how we use it, or take back consent. Email [email protected]. We check who you are and answer within the time the law allows (45 days under California law). If we say no, you can appeal by replying to our answer.

8. California privacy rights and Do Not Sell or Share

In the last 12 months we collected: identifiers, contact details, audio recordings, internet activity, and guesses about your interest in VoiceROI. We got them from you, your device and the companies that work for us. We use them for the reasons in section 2 and share them with the companies in section 4.

We do not sell your personal information for money. When we use the ad tags in section 5, that may count as "sharing" for ads under California law. You can opt out of that sharing: turn on Global Privacy Control, which we honor, or email [email protected] with "Do Not Sell or Share" in the subject.

You also have the right to know, delete and correct your information, and to be treated the same if you use these rights. Someone you authorize may ask for you with proof that you authorized them.

9. Other U.S. states

People in Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states with privacy laws have similar rights, including opting out of targeted ads. Use the contact in section 7.

10. Visitors outside the U.S.

We are based in the United States and process data there. If you visit from elsewhere, your data moves to the U.S. under the safeguards the law requires. For visitors in the EEA and UK, we rely on your consent (calls, texts, email, recording and ad cookies), on running the demo you asked for, on our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and improving it, and on legal duties.

11. Security

We encrypt data in transit, limit who can see it, and give each service only the access it needs. No system is perfectly secure. If you think your data was exposed, tell us at [email protected].

12. Children

Our services are not for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Contact us and we will delete any we have.

13. Changes

We post changes here with a new "last updated" date. For big changes we also email you if we have your email.
