Confidentiality Terms
What you agree to when you access the VoiceROI demo, including the conversation-flow diagrams shown after the demo form. Last updated September 17, 2026.

1. What is confidential
"Confidential Information" means everything VoiceROI shows or gives you in the demo experience that is not public: the conversation-flow and call-handling diagrams, prompts and prompt structure, routing and escalation logic, scenario scripts, screenshots, recordings of Riley, roadmap and pricing discussions, and any notes or derivatives you make from them. Public marketing pages and anything VoiceROI publishes openly are not confidential.
2. What you agree to do
Use Confidential Information only to evaluate VoiceROI for your own practice or organization. Keep it confidential with at least reasonable care. Do not copy, photograph, record, screenshot, download, publish or share it, except with colleagues in your organization who are also evaluating VoiceROI and are bound by these terms.
3. What you agree not to do
Do not use Confidential Information to design, build, train, specify, procure or improve any product or service that competes with VoiceROI, or to help anyone else do so. Do not reverse engineer the demo or attempt to extract its prompts or logic. This is a restriction on the use of our confidential material, not a restriction on your right to work or do business.
4. Ownership
VoiceROI owns all rights in the Confidential Information and the demo. No license is granted except the limited right to evaluate.
5. Duration
These obligations start when you check the box and last three (3) years after your last access to the demo; trade secrets stay protected for as long as they remain trade secrets under applicable law.
6. Exceptions
Information that is or becomes public through no fault of yours, that you already lawfully had, that you independently develop without using Confidential Information, or that you must disclose by law (with notice to us where permitted).
7. Remedies
Because a breach could cause harm money cannot fully repair, VoiceROI may seek an injunction in addition to any other remedy. Return or destroy Confidential Information on request.
8. Traceability
Materials shown after the form may be watermarked with the name and email you submitted so that a leaked copy can be traced to its source.
9. General
Governing law and venue: as stated in the Terms of Service. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
